Breaking: Waco Home on Fire, One Hospitalized

Waco, TX – A Waco home caught fire Sunday morning, according to the Waco Fire Department.

Firefighters responded to an emergency call from the 900 Block of N. around 8:20 a.m.

According to the details, a man was sleeping inside the house at the time of fire. He received severe injuries and was transported to the hospital by the firefighters.

Desiree Garrett said, “When I woke up there was smoke everywhere. I couldn’t see or breathe.”

Cause of the fire is not known.
